Franchise models

• Regional Director
  It is the responsibility of the Regional Director to recruit, train and support a capable Planning Consultant team to provide coverage for the planning needs of clients within the region.  Regional Directors have the rights to perform client work by retaining a territory for themselves to further enhance earnings.
  Cost: £20,000
• Planning Consultant (We do all the Architectural Drawings for you)
  The role of a happinest Certified Planning Consultant is to build their planning business through social media, networking and referrals to enhance the centrally-sourced leads. Once leads are converted to appointments in the diary, the planning consultant will visit the client in their home to talk about the type of extension they are considering. When an order is placed the Certified Planning Consultant will return to take the relevant measurements and photos, from which our highly experienced Design team will draw up the plans for you.

  Once the final design is agreed, our Planning team at head office will submit and deal with the entire planning process on the client's behalf. Leaving you free to meet new clients, quote for extension plans and carry out site surveys. 

  Cost: £7,500
