Our production method regains the concept of bread baked and fermented at the point of sale. Granier was founded in 2010. We opened our first bakery in Barcelona. Today, we have more than 260 stores across Spain. We have also expanded to Miami, Lisbon, Rome, and London. We have been working in the baking industry for more than 25 years.
