The franchise agreement runs for up to 15 years, and the business can be sold in the future, making it both an income source and a long-term asset. Over 140 territories have been mapped across the UK, each chosen for strong demand for domestic cleaning services. Franchisees can select a territory close to home, and once established, may have the option to purchase neighbouring territories to expand their business further (subject to availability).
Training and support
One Less Thing provides comprehensive support from day one through to long-term growth:
- 3.5 days of initial training at HQ and/or via Zoom, covering all aspects of running the business, including scripts, templates, and real examples
- 1.5 days of follow-up training after your first quarter to focus on areas for development
- Regular Zoom support calls for the first six months
- Full operations manual documenting proven processes for every part of the business
- Access to recruitment tools, documents, and agreements via an e-signature system
- Ongoing mentoring and support for the life of the franchise
- Customer acquisition guidance, including managed Google Ads campaigns
