Training and support

Our support begins during the business planning and site search process, all great businesses are built on great foundations so we believe our experience and knowledge will be instrumental in getting you set up.

Once the site is agreed we turn our focus to providing you with expert store design and shop fitting services, once again strengthening strong foundations as you build your business.

We then turn our attention to the recruitment of your team, supporting you as you recruit your team members.

Training is at the heart of our franchise, and you and your core staff will undergo thorough training over a 4-week period, covering all operations and particular emphasis on customer service skills. Training will be store based with regular reviews and supported by training at our Head Office on regulatory systems and processes. We take immense pride in ensuring that all training is based on solid processes and systems that you can implement in your own stores.

The Luckys Team will hold your hand through your launch, from working with your team during a “soft launch” to being there with you at your grand opening. In fact, we won’t leave your store until we are fully confident in your team and operation.

We even plan and execute a store marketing plan including social media and access to our local marketing toolbox.

Step 01: Let’s Talk

We hope that our listing has “whetted your appetite” for an initial chat and we will contact you directly.

Step 02: Attend A Meeting And See Our Operation

Subject to you signing a confidentiality agreement, we give you all the really valuable information and financial figures about our franchise. It is also the perfect opportunity for us to show you our operation in more detail and get to know each other a little better and to make sure that we are both happy with the idea of working together.

Step 03: Business Planning

Once we have shared all the detailed information with you, we will be on hand to any all the questions you have to help build a robust Business Plan.

Step 04: Review And Assess

We will need you to focus on arranging the necessary funds to finance and ensuring that you have the resources necessary for the franchise. We will also carry out our due diligence checks and assess you as a franchisee. This is also your opportunity to assess us and carry out your own due diligence checks.

Once ready we would expect you to pay a deposit which will secure your territory whilst you complete your business planning, confirm funding in place and reviewing the franchise agreement.

05.

Step 05: Make The Commitment

Once all your due diligence has been carried out and you have sorted out your finances, we can sign a franchise agreement and start putting everything in place for your new franchise, including setting a date to start your training and setting up your site.
