Franchise costs and details
Training and support
Our support begins during the business planning and site search process, all great businesses are built on great foundations so we believe our experience and knowledge will be instrumental in getting you set up.
Once the site is agreed we turn our focus to providing you with expert store design and shop fitting services, once again strengthening strong foundations as you build your business.
We then turn our attention to the recruitment of your team, supporting you as you recruit your team members.
Training is at the heart of our franchise, and you and your core staff will undergo thorough training over a 4-week period, covering all operations and particular emphasis on customer service skills. Training will be store based with regular reviews and supported by training at our Head Office on regulatory systems and processes. We take immense pride in ensuring that all training is based on solid processes and systems that you can implement in your own stores.
The Luckys Team will hold your hand through your launch, from working with your team during a “soft launch” to being there with you at your grand opening. In fact, we won’t leave your store until we are fully confident in your team and operation.
We even plan and execute a store marketing plan including social media and access to our local marketing toolbox.
