About the Franchise
Leadership Management International (LMI) UK delivers leadership and management training programs designed to improve individual and organizational performance. The franchise model allows owners to provide coaching services based on LMI’s established methodologies, targeting four key leadership domains: executing, influencing, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
Offering CPD-certified programs, franchisees use a multi-sensory approach to facilitate behavioral change that drives improved results. The comprehensive training provided prepares franchise owners to identify client needs, address performance gaps, and deliver tailored coaching and development sessions.
Franchisees act as enablers and facilitators of success rather than traditional consultants, focusing on personal and professional growth of individuals and organizations.##### Training and Support
LMI provides thorough and ongoing training to its franchisees. Initial training spans nine days, covering essential skills and knowledge to successfully launch and operate the franchise. Additional national one-day workshops are available approximately every two months, ensuring continual professional development.
New franchisees receive support at launch and throughout their franchise journey, including access to proprietary program materials, pre-assessments, insurance coverage for the first year, and tailored branded stationery. This ongoing support enables franchisees to confidently engage clients and grow their business effectively.
LMI also facilitates client introductions and lead provision to reduce the need for cold calling, helping franchisees to quickly gain traction in their market.##### Investment and Financials
The initial franchise investment is £15,500 + VAT, which grants ownership of the franchise and access to essential training and ongoing support. For an additional £4,500 + VAT, franchisees can receive further specialized training and a bespoke marketing initiative to aid business launch.
After initial startup, franchisees pay a £200 service support fee, with no other mandatory ongoing fees disclosed. Franchisees earn between 60% to 75% of the fees paid by clients, with franchisor fees typically constituting 25% to 40% of contract values.
LMI does not provide guaranteed income figures or specific turnover projections due to variability in franchisee activity and market conditions. No formal financial assistance is offered for the initial investment, but the franchisor may discuss payment options on a case-by-case basis.
