WHAT DOES FOX CYCLING DO?
FoxCycling are the UK’s experts in teaching children to ride through our two products, CYCLETOTS and CYCLEKIDS. Following the success of the original business in Portishead (established in 2012) and the first pilot franchise in Bishop’s Stortford (2021) we are now rapidly expanding across the country.
Rest-assured that a passion for our ethos, our brand and our mission is more essential than a passion for cycling – we can teach you the expertise that you’ll need!
THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY Over 30% of primary school aged children are unable to ride a bike – that’s several million potential customers spread out across the country and FoxCycling are on a mission to give every child the opportunity to learn to cycle one community at a time.
OUR PRODUCTS: CYCLETOTS & CYCLEKIDS CHOOSE WHICH OF OUR TWO PRODUCTS WOULD SUIT YOU AND YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES CYCLEKIDS is our one-to-one coaching session that leads to most children learning to ride in less than an hour.
For this we charge parents £99 and on a busy day, one instructor can teach up to five children.
As a fully trained franchisee you would not only teach children to cycle but also advise parents on, and proactively promote, child-specific, lightweight bikes and well-fitted helmets.

CYCLETOTS are fun, group balance bike sessions for pre-schoolers and their parents, gently introducing children to the skills that they will need for cycling.
Ideal as a part-time role to fit alongside other commitments, a full 45 minute class generates £75 revenue.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT We provide full training with a combination of online and in person training. This is from the original developer of the system- Steve Fox himself. We do this so no quality is lost as Steve has been developing and teaching this system for over a decade.
HISTORY OF OUR STORY Our founder Steve Fox was originally taught to cycle by his grandfather who cobbled together a balance bike when Steve was 3 years old. Even today, Steve still uses some of the same methods his grandfather Jack used to teach Steve as a child!
Over the years FoxCyclinghas taught thousands of children to cycle and we’re now extending an opportunity for you to join our journey!
