Franchise Concept & Key Figures

Franchising details

Belvior is one of the world's largest franchise networks of lettings and estate agencies

We are the ultimate choice for lettings and sales for tenants, landlords, sellers and buyers. For more than 20 years, our company has kept on growing, expanding and developing. We owe this to our partner franchisees who are equally ambitious and passionate as we are in reaching out to the local community and making an impact in the national real estate industry.

Why You Should Join Us

Our founder, Mike Goddard, has been at the British Franchise Association (bfa) as its chairman for three years. Through his leadership, and with great effort from the management, Belvoir became the first residential agency which launched the AIM market of the London stock exchange.

Belvoir has been noticed by prestigious organisations who gave us awards for our outstanding contribution to the franchising world. Among our accolades are the following: The Sunday Times' “Franchise of the Year” awards which we have received for six out of seven consecutive years, The Estas “Best Large Chain” and the 2013 Negotiator Awards “Website of the Year”. Truly, our market dominance, plus our plaques of recognition, gives us pride in our work which helps us improve our services.

Training and support

What We Offer

Belvoir has a systematic approach in training new franchisees consisting of five stages.

  • The first stage is the discovery day where you will learn all about the best model for you as well as the recommended location.

  • Second is the initial support visit where a Business Development Manager will be sent providing deeper insights in the business.

  • The Next two stages are the research visit and the acceptance stage where we will put the planning into reality.

  • The last stage is the final training course conducted at our main Central Office in Grantham that will last for three weeks.

All of this are done to ensure your seamless transition from a simple entrepreneur to a Belvoir partner.

What We Look For

Though leading in the field, we are still looking for franchisees who share the same passion in the real estate industry as we do. We want franchisees who are business-minded, goal-oriented and purpose-driven. Remember, a previous experience in real estate is not necessary. Interested applicants need to prepare an amount of at least £22,500 plus VAT for the franchise fee and £150,000 to £200,000 for the total initial investment. To help you in your finances, all major banks may lend you 50-70% of the initial costs as we are duly accredited. The remaining 30%, we trust that you can provide in your liquid assets.
