Costa Coffee's secret lies on how they make their coffee. From their inception until today, they continue to slow-roast their coffee beans with the same equipment, materials and method. Moreover, their clear structure has proven effective as they continue to grow exponentially - not only locally but also internationally. Having great products plus an exceptional business model, sets them apart from other coffee shops, which led them into the successful company that they are today. Why settle for less, when you can be on top and take part in their continued growing success.

Training and support provided

As their coffee's quality is included in their portfolio and their business model gave way to their ultimate success, they offer ample training to franchisees to help you start your way and to keep all Costa Coffee products and services around the world consistent. This includes training the baristas, the cashiers and everyone involved in the Costa Coffee Experience. Moreover, they will help you in advertising your store location so everybody at your location will know that UK's most favourite coffee has arrived.

The ideal Costa Coffee franchisee

Initial fee is dependent on your desired location which you will need to include in your letter of intent.

Costa Coffee's history

Just like their brand, Costa Coffee's history is rich and full of flavour. Sergio and Bruno Costa first sold their unknown coffee to some London locals in 1971. Their coffee was well-received and a year later, their shop was born. Our 1,000th store was opened in Cardiff last 2009, which does not just stop there. Fast forward to the present, their coffee is not only available in the UK but are also offered in over 29 countries.
