Once you are on board as a franchisee, the management support & training comes in. The first assistance is a Pre-Launch Training which runs from 10 -14 days at a location designated by management. This is usually held 6 to 9 weeks before official opening. We will also provide you with a 7-day site training which usually takes place after official opening. Broccoli Pizza & Pasta will also provide assistance with purchasing. Management will negotiate quantity discounts on your behalf passing on some of the savings to you. Our franchisees also get ongoing research & development assistance on latest methods and techniques for franchise operations. Finally, the franchisee will get help in Overall Program Oversight.

Starting a Broccoli Pizza & Pasta franchise requires an initial investment of around £100,000 to £145,000. The cost covers 2 months operational cost and 6 months of rent, construction and equipment costs and working capital. A successfull franchisee will be required to be a franchise fee of £12,000 inc VAT. The royalty fee is worth 6% of your sales and marketing fund is at 3%. The standard agreement term is 5 years from date of signature, renewable for four additional terms of 5 years each provided that the franchisee has complied with the provisions of the agreement.

Broccoli Pizza & Pasta was established in 2011 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The first store opened in Tecom, Dubai. After a year, the 2nd store opened in Jumeirah, Dubai. In the UK, we opened our first branch in Covent Garden, London. By 2018, the company is aiming to expand to 300 locations across Middle East, North Africa, Asia, and Europe.
