There are 800 professional recruiters representing the Antal brand making placements globally. Antal International is unique in our market positioning as we focus on the recruitment in core functions and business disciplines. This allows us to service clients across a wide spectrum of industries, we are not limited in our scope. Many of our recruiters have extensive commercial expertise and apply these to the recruitment and selection process for the benefit of our clients.

In order to expand the reach of the business, a strategic decision to franchise the business was taken some 18+ years ago, such was the confidence in the unique service offering. Since then, Antal has been growing from strength to strength and fine tuning the franchise package and recruitment methodologies.

Training and support is a critical element in your business launch. A keen thirst for learning is required as we walk you through the fundamental step and processes that you will apply in your office on a day to day basis.

The topic of recruitment is vast so we approach this in stages, we start with an initial 3 days pre-induction program which is held virtually in blocks of time. This helps you prepare for your new business launch so there are no surprises and you can start your marketing plan.
From there we host a full induction program (where possible, face 2 face) in a class room setting, which is a combination of theoretical learning, with scenario and practical experience.
Training, post-graduation, combines a number of training styles and platforms to ensure individual learning preferences are accommodated and there is maximum take up one application of our international recruitment model. Training is delivered by leading industry experts.
