Zip Yard franchisee Donna Cummins has been named as one of the best women in business at an influential Irish awards ceremony.

Cummins has been celebrating her fantastic achievements as a franchisee for the clothing franchise, as she was among one of the prize winners at Network Ireland Tipperarys Businesswoman of the Year awards.

The awards are part of a national Network Ireland competition, which seeks out the most inspiring, influential and dedicated women in business all across the country. At the Tipperary county awards, Cummins, who runs the Nenagh location, was named SME businesswoman of the year, beating stiff competition from other entrepreneurs all across the county.

Speaking about her well-deserved win, she said:

Im delighted to be part of a fantastic network of women who support each other greatly throughout the year. Im thrilled to have won!

Now, Cummins will go on to battle it out with many other women at the finals of the Network Ireland National Conference and Businesswoman of the Year awards. The glittering event will take place on September 27th, but no matter what happens on the night, Cummins will be able to hold her head high due to her amazing achievements.
