Wok & Go handed out some incredible prizes at the University of Chester’s VeggieFest.

This April saw the third edition of the University of Chester’s Veggiefest, an event that promotes sustainable, plant-based living.

Wok & Go hosted a chopstick dip at the festival, allowing attendees to win some amazing food deals. Those that took part had to choose from a choice of chopsticks, hoping to get lucky by winning discounts and free meals.

One student volunteer, Othilie Roullet, even won a year’s supply of free Wok & Go meals. On a student budget, he’ll be delighted to be able to enjoy Wok & Go’s signature noodle dishes at zero cost.

With more than 250 people attending the event in total, Wok & Go benefitted from some serious exposure amongst its target market.

Craig Smith, a member of staff at the university, was over the moon that companies like Wok & Go were showing a commitment to sustainable eating habits: “Seeing commercial companies there really made me feel like they cared about vegetarianism and veganism and that it was more of a committee approach to awareness”.

Wok & Go is a noodle bar franchise that specialises in Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. With outlets spread across the North West, North East, Midlands, Wales and South of England regions, Wok & Go is introducing the British public to a vibrant taste of the far east.

Wok & Go is looking for new franchisee partners here on the Point Franchise network. If you are interested in taking on a franchise package that comes equipped with a turnkey store solution and assistance with recruitment and training, then the minimum investment required stands at £100,000.

More information about this promising business opportunity can be discovered here on Point Franchise.
