That is why we are very pleased to welcome Mike Brocklebank as our new Franchise Network Manager. Mike joins us after a long and successful career in both franchising and retail management at some of the UK’s leading brands and has already amassed a truly impressive set of accolades for his achievements. He is also a Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP), a professional qualification that formally recognizes knowledge and experience within the franchising sector – it is awarded and upheld by the British Franchise Association and is widely recognized as the benchmark for leadership and management.
His new responsibilities will centre around supporting our new franchisees, from the moment they finish their training, right through the entire lifetime of their partnership with us. He will be the main contact for any existing partners that need support and guidance but will also take the lead in mentoring new franchisees and helping them to get their business to that all important break-even point as soon as possible.
We are also looking forward to Mike bringing his extensive expertise to help in our ongoing efforts to improve our offering and increase the efficiency of our standard operating procedures.
