TaxAssist Accountants Scores the Top Rating

TaxAssist Accountants has scored the top rating from its franchisees for an incredible six years in a row.

TaxAssist Accountants has been celebrating the satisfaction of its franchisees after it was awarded a ‘5-star franchisee satisfaction’ award, which was directly based on feedback from its network.

This is the sixth consecutive year that the accountancy franchise has been awarded the top rating in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark report, which compiled feedback from its franchisees to inform the rating.

The report is provided by WorkBuzz, one of the leading independent franchise consultancies in the country, and looks at areas including training and support, leadership, value and rewards and generally how satisfied franchisees are with the business they joined.

Karl Sandall, Group Chief Executive Director at TaxAssist Accountants, explained how overjoyed the franchise was with the incredible rating.

“Receiving 5-star franchisee satisfaction for the sixth year running – one of only four franchises that can say this – is a huge honour. The accountancy industry is changing and over the last few years, TaxAssist has had to ensure that our franchisees are ready for the challenges and opportunities that Making Tax Digital, cloud technology and advisory services are bringing.

He also added that the franchise will make sure to take all the comments submitted by its franchisees very seriously.

“It is encouraging that our network has been so positive and supportive of the tools we have put in place to enable them to take advantage of these changes. As ever, each comment made by our franchisees in the survey will be noted and digested and will help inform the support we provide going forward.”

TaxAssist Accountants was founded in 1995 after the founder saw an opening in the market place when he figured out the small businesses and self -employed individuals would need assistance in the wake of self-assessment. He anticipated that demand for such a service would be ideal for a franchise network and TaxAssist Accountants was born.
