During the pandemic, the TaxAssist support centre has been there for its network, keeping them up to speed on the latest developments, changes and announcements.

From each franchisee all the way up to the core franchisor team, TaxAssist Accountants is a network full of hard-working, engaged people. Recently, members of the bookkeeping and accountancy franchise network took the time to praise the TaxAssist support centre for people experienced, communicative and endlessly helpful during an uncertain and challenging time.

Thanks to the centre, franchisees and clients alike were able to feel more confident and at ease, with support ranging from regular newsletters and email briefings to webinars and bespoke guidance and grant calculation. Sejal Sira, of TaxAssist Accountants Barnet, said, “As franchisees, we felt supported, in control and confident that we had the tools and the knowledge to advise our clients. The help given to us at this critical time was immense, quick, concise and simple. It was just what my staff and I needed to fulfil our trusted advisor roles for our worried clients.”

The company’s Group Commercial Director, Daren Moore, also took the time to respond to the praise, expressing, “I know that the updates, together with the support we have provided over the last 18 months, have proved to be enormously helpful to our franchisees and their clients. Indeed, last year we won a Best Franchise Marketing Award for ‘Best Franchisee Marketing Support’ and ‘Business of the Year’ at the Norfolk Business Awards, which independently confirms how effective our systems proved to be.”

Daren went on to say that, “We are so proud of every member of the team at the support centre for the fantastic work they have done throughout COVID. I would like to particularly thank the content team for their dedication and often long hours spent to ensure our clients and franchisees were always kept informed about the latest government announcements and support available to them. It’s been a fantastic demonstration of teamwork and the strength we have working together as a network.” Find out more about franchising with TaxAssist Accountants via the link above.
