During the pandemic, the TaxAssist support centre has been there for its network, keeping them up to speed on the latest developments, changes and announcements.
From each franchisee all the way up to the core franchisor team, TaxAssist Accountants is a network full of hard-working, engaged people. Recently, members of the bookkeeping and accountancy franchise network took the time to praise the TaxAssist support centre for people experienced, communicative and endlessly helpful during an uncertain and challenging time.
Thanks to the centre, franchisees and clients alike were able to feel more confident and at ease, with support ranging from regular newsletters and email briefings to webinars and bespoke guidance and grant calculation. Sejal Sira, of TaxAssist Accountants Barnet, said, “As franchisees, we felt supported, in control and confident that we had the tools and the knowledge to advise our clients. The help given to us at this critical time was immense, quick, concise and simple. It was just what my staff and I needed to fulfil our trusted advisor roles for our worried clients.”
