The exciting ramen noodle bar offers a taste of Japan to diners across the UK with its delicious Hakata tonkotsu ramen and is currently on the lookout for new franchisees to help bring the mouth-watering restaurant concept to more locations.
More and more of us are looking for an authentic taste of Japan and Shoryu Ramen is bringing that to diners across the country. All of its delicious dishes are first prepared at its centralised kitchen in North London, allowing each branch to be run from a unit about half the size of a typical casual dining restaurant. This also allows consistency across the network so that customers get the same delicious Shoryu Ramen experience every time they visit a location.
Shoryu Ramen specialises in delicious authentic ramen straight from Fukuoka City, Japan. CEO Kanji Furukawa hails from there, as does owner Tak Tokumine, so the flavours in each delicious bowl of Hakata ramen are the real deal. The restaurant franchise’s food has been commended by the media, including The Michelin Guide, The Guardian, Timeout and The Times, showing that it’s both quick and delicious.
Each new franchisee will be fully supported as they learn the ropes, spending an initial four weeks learning the ropes at one of Shoryu’s established sites. Then, they’ll get three weeks of opening assistance at their own location, as well as a comprehensive franchise manual and ongoing support with everything from menu development to help with suppliers to marketing planning.
