SMART repair franchise Revive! has won Franchise Marketing Award for Best Online Marketing Campaign.
Revive!’s marketing team were thrilled to be chosen as the winner of the Best Online Marketing Campaign award at the Franchise Marketing Awards 2019.
The highly anticipated event took place at the National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham, and was one of the most important dates in the calendar for professionals in the franchising industry. The Franchise Marketing Awards celebrate innovative marketing campaigns and effective marketing support offered by franchisors to their franchisees.
The car franchise entered the awards due to the success of using local reviews from Trustpilot in its online marketing. This helps to create a connected, customer-focused campaign. With around 5,000 reviews and a 5* rating under its belt, this was a strong indicator to potential clients that outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything Revive! does.
The prestigious awards are judged by a panel of industry experts. This includes the Chief Executive of the BFA, Pip Wilkins, the Franchise Director of HSBC, Donna King, the Director of Smithfield Agency, Adam Shoefield and the Managing Director of Owen White Solicitors, Jane Masih.
Elliot Clarkson and Sarah Pritchard collected the award on the day. The pair from the marketing team said they were ‘over the moon’ to receive recognition.
