A Radfield Home Care franchisee has taken home the highly coveted ‘Best Employer’ accolade, beating lots of other businesses to the title.
Radfield Home Care franchisee Shamsah Lalji has been crowned ‘Employer of the Year’ at the South London Business Awards. The businesswoman beat more than 11 businesses to poll position, showing how hard she was worked to establish a great reputation for her operations during her short time as a franchisee.
Despite only launching the business 18 months ago, Shamsah was nominated in not one but two categories. Her Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow branch of the home care franchise was also ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best New Business category, demonstrating how hard she has worked to get her business noticed.
Shamsah expressed how thrilled she was with the win and explained why she believes her businesses was the worthy winner.
