Radfield Home Care has welcomed another team of experienced franchisees who will operate across the Midlands.

Radfield Home Care has introduced its newest duo of franchisees who will operate Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough and Rutland.

James and Stefania Beech will be bringing the home care franchise’s compassionate care services to the area soon and have plenty of experience to help them succeed. James has enjoyed years in the healthcare sector, previously managing Fitzwilliam Hospital in Peterborough, while wife Stefania has spent decades as a French teacher. The couple were inspired to start their business after supporting Stefania’s ageing parents from afar.

James explained:

“Stefania’s mother lived in Geneva at the time of her death, so the difficulty of being able to ensure that the right level of high quality and caring support was available at the right time was something that really struck a chord with us. It inspired us to provide a high-quality home care service to make a difference in a community which we both love.”

He continued:

“There is significant growth in the ageing population and a trend towards people wanting to remain living at home for as long as they can. We aim to help make that possible by providing support with a wide range of services, whether that be companionship and help with the housework to more specialist support with personal care and conditions such as Dementia.”

And, in keeping with Radfield’s position as a highly ethical franchise and certified B corp, the Beeches are committed to properly looking after their staff. The pair are ‘Living Wage’ employers, paying their dedicated care team enough to live comfortably on and have taken the ‘Caring for Carers’ pledge to ensure their staff are well looked after.

James has just recruited a car manager to oversee the daily running of things and is on the hunt for five excellent care staff. He hopes to increase this to 10 within a year.
