Promedica24 has welcomed Deborah Roxburgh as its new Business Development Manager to nurture brand growth in the UK.

Deborah will lead the brand’s development across Southport and the surrounding areas, promoting the concept of live-in care and identifying local partnership opportunities. She has four years of managerial experience, and has spent more than 11 years in the care industry, working with adults and young people in residential homes and secure settings.

Most recently, Deborah was a Care Manager for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and other complex needs.

Now, she’s looking forward to joining Promedica24 and promoting its high-quality, affordable and personalised care services. She said,

“Working in the care sector is extremely rewarding, especially when you can bring happiness and relief to families by ensuring their loved ones are safe and well looked after. Sadly, too often, I see older and vulnerable people leaving their homes to stay in residential care facilities when they would prefer to be in their own home, for the simple reason that they or their families are unaware of alternative care options.”

Darren Housden, Sales Director at Promedica24, explained how Deborah will be able to help the senior care franchise reach its goals for 2021:

“We are delighted to welcome Deborah aboard, and her expertise and experience will be invaluable to the team as we embark on our growth plans.

“The pandemic has shown that there is a clear need for alternative care solutions as the demand for our services has significantly increased over the last year. Having Deborah on the team will help us deliver on Promedica24’s mission to ensure people are aware of all the care options available to them and can make informed decisions on what is best for them and their loved ones.”
