Point Franchise is thrilled to introduce One Element to its extensive network of international franchises. The franchise has been established for over a decade and has eight franchises across London, so we’re pleased to welcome the exciting company to our network.
The fitness franchise is changing the way we exercise. By combining the calming and invigorating great outdoors with a fantastic group workout, One Element offers an alternative to the quiet and unfriendly world of the gym. Its hour long, outdoor workouts are designed to be challenging, but the relaxed nature of the classes makes them suitable for any fitness level. Members are encouraged to go at their own pace and support, encourage and strike up conversations with each other.
Since the business was established in 2007, One Element has worked with professional sports men and women to ensure its programme is fun and effective. Founder Tom Marien was inspired to set up One Element after participating in pre-season rugby training, where he found that the combination of intense training, camaraderie and the great outdoors did wonders for both his physical and mental health and wellbeing.
One Element is looking for sociable individuals who love fitness to expand its ‘social fitness’ movement across the country. Franchisees need to be organised and committed to making their business a serious success but, thanks to its modest start up and running costs, it’s more accessible than many other costly franchises. All new One Element franchisees will attend an in-depth training programme prior to starting their business journey, spending time with existing trainers and members to get a feel for the company. That means that, when it’s time to work up a sweat, you’ll feel prepared and have the confidence to lead a fantastic, sociable workout.
