Northwood has been celebrating the achievements of two of its franchisees who are growing their businesses already.
Northwood has been celebrating significant acquisitions of other local estate agencies that have been completed by its ambitious franchisees.
Martin and Fiona Bradbury, who joined the estate agency franchise in 2004, are the owners of Northwood Warminster and have grown their business over the last 14 years. Two years ago, they completed a massive acquisition and won the title of Estate Agency Sales South at Northwood’s 2018 Annual Awards.
Now, they’ve taken their business to the next level by acquiring Wilsons of Westbury, adding 110 further managed properties to their portfolio. This means in the past 18 months they have doubled the size of their lettings business.
Another franchisee, Keith Robin of Glasgow’s Northwood branch, acquired Dominos Estates Ltd this year after 15 years of successful business. It’s the second acquisition he’s completed during his time as a Northwood franchisee and now has more than 190 extra managed properties in his expansive portfolio.
Phil Gee, Managing Director of Northwood, commented on the fantastic achievement of the franchisees.
