No Letting Go celebrated its 11th annual conference at picturesque Shendish Manor

Estate agency and property franchise No Letting Go invited its whole franchise network to its annual conference in the stunning surroundings of Shendish Manor in Hemel Hempstead. More than 65 franchisees gathered to celebrate the success of the business and learn more from other leading figures in the property industry.

It was the 11th annual conference that No Letting Go had held and the day was full of celebrations and learning opportunities. The conference gave the franchise the chance to share exciting new changes within the lettings sector, which are set to bring plenty of profitable opportunities for suppliers like No Letting Go.

No Letting Go’s specialist services protect landlords against damage and neglect to their properties. The franchise works with letting agents, property management companies and landlords who operate both on a national and local level. Its position as one of the lettings industry's most trusted suppliers has seen it win big at prestigious awards ceremonies including The Negotiator Awards and The Sunday Times Letting Agent Awards.

The invaluable annual event also allowed franchisees to share their experiences with each other, exchanging best practice tips and working through any difficulties with the help of their peers. No Letting Go has achieved plenty of success this year, through franchisees like Daniel of Gravesend and Medway’s location. He reached the finals of the 2019 Approved Franchise Association awards in the ‘Outstanding Young Franchisee’ category and is well on his way to generating an annual income of an incredible £250,000.

No Letting Go’s conference drew to a close with an exciting awards ceremony, which celebrated the successes of each individual franchisee and those who had done exceptional things throughout the year. It was a great way to finish the fun event and left people looking forward to next year’s conference.
