Today we hear from the CEO of property inventory management franchise No Letting Go.
No Letting Go is the largest independent inventory and compliance inspection provider in the UK. Nick Lyons, the CEO of the highly successful brand, tells us why he started the business.

Lyons launched the business over 13 years ago. What started as a local inventory company has grown into a national franchise with 75 offices producing over 60,000 reports annually. When asked what else he was proud of, Lyons commented:

Lyons highlighted one of the biggest challenges that estate agents are faced with currently:
“Profit margin is currently the biggest challenge – agents are still adapting after the tenant fee ban, and with increasing regulation, both factors combine to increase costs.
