Mr. Electric has welcomed its first franchisees from Wales, who will operate their business in the south of the country.
Mr. Electric is thrilled to announce that it has welcomed its first franchisees from Wales. Michael Stewart and Tracy Yarnall, who hail from Abergavenny, will operate their brand-new business in the south of Wales. The two will cover Cwmbran, Pontypool, Newport, Abergavenny and the surrounding areas, offering electrical services to homes and businesses across the region.
Previously, Michael spent more than eight years running his very own post office and newsagents in Cwmbran, while Tracy spent more than four years working for children’s charity Barnardo’s. Michael decided that he wanted a change in his professional life and so settled on the electrical industry as the place he would venture to next. Tracy was eager to join him, so the two set about looking for the right opportunity.
The pair didn’t want to start a business from scratch, so began to look for a franchise to join. They wanted something that was both future and recession proof, as well as a brand that was well-known and growing at a rapid pace. Mr. Electric emerged as the frontrunner as soon as the pair discovered it, with the twosome explaining:
“We initially looked at several other franchises but struggled to find a franchisor who made us feel confident that we would be fully supported to make our business as successful as possible. That is, until we found Mr. Electric!”
Explaining why the electrical franchise was so appealing, they added:
“Not only do we know that we have the support of a dedicated team behind us who are always there to champion our success, we are now also part of a network of franchisees who share our passion for the brand. Joining Mr. Electric [has] given us the opportunity to be a part of a very exciting industry, particularly with the rise of electric vehicles and chargepoints, which we’re thrilled to bring to our local community.”
The couple will soon be offering a range of electrical services across the area, including the installation, maintenance and repair of electric charging points.
