Blind franchise Marla Custom Blinds has an impressive ongoing support network for its lucky franchisees.
Marla Custom Blinds is a family owned and operated business that offers one of the UK’s biggest ranges of custom-made window coverings. It runs regular training sessions that make sure its franchisees stay on the road to success. During the workshops, they learn about a wide range of topics that include product updates, new product training and business development.
Let’s now take a look back over the past 12 months and how Marla Custom Blinds supported its franchisees…
There have been three training days held at its HQ in Fareham. The session in May last year covered Insect and Fly Screens and Conservatory Sails. The one in September focused on Interior Shutters and then Blind Matrix, its online product ordering system, in the afternoon. The most recent one in March involved a manufacturer-led session on Somfy motorised blind mechanisms and a “What’s Working” workshop, where franchisees shared success stories with their peers. Each session was free and ran from 10am to 3.30pm and included lunch.
