Inleaf has worked its magic for a law firm in the centre of Manchester, which now has a beautiful, green office space.
Before the Covid-19 pandemic struck, Beyond Corporate Law had planned to move offices, but when circumstances changed, the firm decided to stay put. Instead of signing a new lease, it adapted its existing premises, an office for 60 employees on Commercial Street in Manchester city centre.
As well as implementing social distancing measures, the management team wanted to make sure their staff still experienced the sense of excitement they would have had when moving offices. Although they couldn’t enjoy a change of location, they could upgrade their existing surroundings.
B2B franchise Inleaf sprung into action, adding greenery to contrast with the office’s black, white, grey and ochre colour scheme. During the installation process, the team reconfigured the employees’ 60 desks into pods comprising two to four tables.
The law firm asked Inleaf to make sure the pods didn’t feel segregated, and to avoid trailing plants over the side of units, which might look untidy.
The Inleaf team installed low-level Epipremnum plants on top of storage units at the end of each cluster of desks, making sure staff could still see over them when seated.
When the installation was complete, Beyond Corporate Law was pleased to have the franchise’s support in maintaining the display. The law firm’s managing director didn’t want to be left with the hassle of looking after the plants, so was pleased to discover Inleaf’s ongoing care service.
Now, the Beyond Corporate Law team will be able to benefit not just from an attractive workspace, but a healthy one too, surrounded by living plants.
