Heritage Healthcare scored not one but two awards at one of the healthcare industry’s most influential awards evenings.
Home care franchise Heritage Healthcare has been recognised for the quality of its services at the 2019 Home Care Awards. The awards were hosted at the luxurious Royal Garden Hotel in London and saw companies from across the home care sector come together to battle it out for a prestigious title.
Heritage Healthcare scooped Best National Support Team, recognising the work the franchise’s dedicated support team do to enable their franchisees to provide the best possible care. The second award was even more special, as it saw Heritage battle it out against other home care franchises and businesses who had already won an award. Heritage Healthcare emerged victorious and was named as ‘Most Outstanding Home Care Team’, making it the overall winner of the evening.
The ceremony was attended by Amanda Jackson and Michelle Fenwick, QFP, both directors of Heritage Healthcare. Fenwick commented on the franchise’s fantastic achievements and praised the efforts of the support team throughout the years.
“We are glad that the commitment and hard work our national support team provide has been acknowledged and praised in such a way. Our support team is in place to help franchisees prosper and excel in their new business venture offering expert home care services in their local community. The franchisees receive expert support with business development, finance, marketing, recruitment and training.”
Heritage Healthcare was set up in 2008 by Glenn and Sally Pickersgill and began franchising in 2013. If offers a range of home care services, from 30 minute visits to assist with meals, personal care and medication, to round the clock live in care for more vulnerable people, all provided by caring and friendly staff.
