The home care services expert recently welcomed new franchisees Prabjot Kaur Dhillon and Tony Singh Dhillon to the Heritage Healthcare network.
Since its establishment in 2008, the home care franchise has only continued to expand, and is thrilled to announce the recent onboarding of two new franchisees for a Windsor Heritage Healthcare location. Prabjot and Tony have now officially launched a franchise that will provide expert care and support to those in need in Windsor and the surrounding areas. Like all franchisees in the Heritage network, the two seek to provide quality, bespoke services that enable people to continue to live in the comfort of their own homes.
Speaking on Prabjot and Tony’s investment, Heritage Healthcare said, “[Prabjot and Tony] have gained vast experience working with a range of people throughout their careers, with Prabjot previously working in Secondary Education and Tony building customer relationships whilst working for an asset finance company. After experiencing the loss of an elderly family member during the COVID-19 pandemic, the duo realised they wanted to lead a business that was centred around making a difference in people’s lives.”
Now, with the help of their hand-picked team of highly trained home carers who share the duo’s “compassionate nature”, that’s exactly what they’ll be able to do. The pair will also be joined and supported by registered Care Manager Brigid Dos Santos. Brigid has over 30 years of experience in the health and social care sector, and will bring a wealth of knowledge to the position, ensuring that excellent care is provided to clients and their loved ones at every step of the way.
