FASTSIGNS attended one of the most exciting franchise exhibitions in the US to attract new franchisees to the business.

Sign franchise FASTSIGNS attended the International Franchise Expo to share its exciting opportunity with prospective franchisees. The event, which was held at the Javits Centre in New York, ran from May 30th – June 1st and gave budding entrepreneurs the chance to check out the huge range of franchises out there.

FASTSIGNS aimed to find new franchisees, particularly for urban markets across north-east America, master franchisees for Canada, and countries across Europe and Latin America.

CEO Catherine Monson attended the event and shared the insight she’s gained into the industry throughout her incredible career, which has spanned more than three decades. Franchisees were able to talk to her at the brand’s booth, where she answered questions from curious prospective franchisees.

Successful franchisee Denise Acquaye, who runs the Newark, New Jersey FASTSIGNS location, joined with Monson on the Saturday of the event to share her experience of how franchisor and franchisee can work together to achieve a successful result for both.

"After 40 combined years in corporate America, my husband and I wanted to follow our hearts and become entrepreneurs. We knew franchising was the right path because it would provide us with a proven business model to be successful. We looked at a lot of different concepts, from fast food to retail, but we picked FASTSIGNS because of its strong commitment to supporting franchisees.
