Fastsigns hosted its eighth annual summit to celebrate the brightest stars in its network.

At the 2018 Fastsigns Outside Sales Summit, its most successful franchisees and their sales staff were celebrated once again for their achievements.

The summit gave franchisees and head office staff a chance to come together and share their experience of their Fastsigns franchising journey. There were stands and representatives from more than 100 suppliers, including 30 first-time exhibitors, that showed how their products can enhance and continually improve the service offered by each Fastsigns franchise.

Franchisees were also treated to inspiring keynote presentations from a range of speakers, including author Meredith Elliott Powell, who recently made CurrencyFair’s ‘Top 15 Business Growth Experts to Watch’ list, marketing expert Dean Lindsay and Dakota Meyer, who received the Medal of Honour and penned the New York Times best seller ‘Into the Fire’.

Then, it was time for the highly anticipated awards ceremony. More than 187 franchisees and sales professionals were recognised for their incredible sales performance over the last year that saw them enticing in plenty of new customers and maintaining existing business relationships to achieve impressive results. 11 of these fantastic individuals were given the prestigious Platinum Award, reserved for only the most exceptional members of the Fastsigns network who manage to achieve more than $1million in individual sales in a 12-month period.

Catherine Monson, CEO of Fastsigns, explained why the annual summit is so important to the franchise.

"Our annual Outside Sales Summit allows us to acknowledge the hard work and dedication that FASTSIGNS Outside Sales Professionals demonstrate every day, as well as arm them with tools to continue improving their craft."

She added that showcasing other successful individuals and providing lots of opportunities proves invaluable to franchisees.

"Through inspiring presentations, professional training classes, peer networking events and a world-class Vendor Show, this high-powered event helps attendees further develop the skills and confidence they need to provide comprehensive visual communications solutions using the latest products and services the sign and graphics industry has to offer."

With more than 700 global outlets of Fastsigns, it’s one of the largest sign franchises in the world.
