With the support of HSBC, The British Franchise Association’s Franchisor of the Year Award is the highest recognition a franchisor can achieve. As the world leaders in cost management and procurement consultancy, ERA’s franchise partners are trained to offer strategic advice and the practical methods need to optimise supplier relationships and generate cash. With the highest consulting revenue of any UK procurement franchise, ERA has seen a dramatic boost in sales for the past five years, projecting a 13.2% growth for the next fiscal year.
While most franchisors aim at recruiting large numbers of franchise partners, ERA focuses on growth that stems from developing the business of each franchise partner individually. The British Franchise Associations chief executive, Pip Wilkins congratulated ERA: “To win this award two years in a row is quite exceptional and demonstrates ERA’s unwavering commitment to their entire franchise network. The whole team should be extremely proud of the culture of collaboration and communication they’ve built.
