EweMove has released a guide to avoiding disasters when selling your home

EweMove’s Kings Langley & Hemel Hempstead branch has just released its brand-new guide to avoiding the many problems that its customers can risk running into when selling a property.

Called “The 39 Steps to Avoid a House Sale Nightmare!”, the guide was created by the branch of the estate agency franchise to warn sellers of the sneaky ways some estate agents will take money from your sale, leaving you disappointed with the amount you receive for your home.

The guide shows sellers in the area how much they can expect for their property, as well as offering EweMove’s top tips on how to increase interest from online buyers, how to avoid falling into traps set by unscrupulous estate agents that could increase stress and decrease your profits and how to add thousands of pounds of value to your property with a few simple tricks. And, with data from Hometrack showing that EweMove properties sold for nearly £3,500 more than those marketed by its competitors, its clear the estate agency franchise knows how to get the most out of its clients’ properties.
