To help celebrate its 10th anniversary and those responsible for the groups’ success, Clarriots Care has launched a new and improved employment package that includes free mobile phone insurance, discounts at a wide range of retail outlets nationwide and a new Client Referral Scheme designed to thank anyone who introduces new members to the Clarriots family. Any Clarriots Care who recommends a friend, family member or neighbour to its personalised care service delivered in the comfort of their own homes will receive a Client Referral Bonus of up to £100. When the referral makes their care enquiry, all they need to do is mention the Clarriots Care staff member who referred them. For every referred new client who successfully joins the Clarriots Care family, the staff member will receive a £100-pound bonus. The recently launched scheme was created to thank staff members who directly help those in need of care retain their independence whilst enjoying a high quality of life.
The first staff member of the Clarriots Care family to be awarded a bonus since the scheme was launched in January, is Care Companion Judith Sparks from the Lincolnshire North office. Judith joined the home care franchise to learn new skills and support the vulnerable people in her community. Today she reaps the rewards of her dedication to caring for and going an extra mile for her clients. When asked about the Client Referral Scheme, Judith said: “The new scheme is brilliant as it means the carers are able to help the business develop and it helps everyone feel involved in improving the business as a whole. I plan to spend my bonus on some home improvements, so I’m really pleased Clarriots have this scheme!”
