Caremark revealed an innovative new method of delivering its expert home care services at its annual conference.

Care franchise Caremark surprised its franchisees by announcing a brand-new system which has shown outstanding results even during its initial trials. The company held its 12th annual conference recently, which saw it welcome franchisees and support staff to the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel in Warwickshire.

The day was packed full of inspirational speakers including motivational speaker Ellis Watson and best practice sessions from top performers, which were designed to inspire each franchisee to continue growing and developing their Caremark business. The most exciting feature, though, was the announcement of revolutionary new system PatchCare, which has shown incredible results even during its short pilot period.

PatchCare was trialled in the West Sussex area and proved an incredible success for both the franchisee and their clients. It helped to reduce emergency calls in the area to the ambulance service, as well as reducing the number of zero-hour contracts for its care workers and giving them stable, salaried work. The new system introduced by Caremark also helped to advance the NHS Long-Term Prevention strategy and helped to save the local authority money by offering cost-effective, compassionate care.

Following the exciting day, it was time to enjoy the glittering Fire and Ice awards gala that recognised the brightest and best in the business.

Franchisees Sue Hills and Sarah-Louise White took home two awards, as they were recognised for their fantastic work that ensure the PatchCare pilot was a success. Hills commented:

By putting our clients needs at the forefront of our business, weve built a compliant and compassionate culture and were passionate about maintaining this standard.
