Caremark is celebrating its top 10 position on Elite Franchise’s UK Top 100 list which ranks franchises across the country.
Home care franchise Caremark is rising up the ranks in the franchise world, beating much larger brands to a position in the top ten of an influential UK franchise ranking.
It secured 7th place on this year’s Elite Franchise Top 100 List, placing it ahead of household names including Subway and Papa John’s. The achievement means an incredible amount to the franchisees of Caremark as it shows that their hard work providing and overseeing care in their communities is really paying off. The home care franchise placed just outside the top ten last year and the judges at Elite Franchise explained why it managed to crack it this year.
“Caremark’s unique offering and attention to detail impressed the Elite Franchise 100 judges, allowing it to enter the top ten.”
In addition to the incredible ranking, Caremark has had even more to celebrate recently. Two of its franchisees were awarded ‘Outstanding’ ratings from the Care Quality Commission, the highest rating that a healthcare organisation can achieve. They were recognised for their commitment to providing dignified, compassionate and helpful care that allows their clients to live life to the fullest.
Founder of Caremark, Kevin Lewis, entered the care industry back in 1987 when he set up a retirement home in Brighton. He diversified into the world of home care in 1993, after recognising the growing need for elderly care that would allow people to maintain their independence and privacy in their own home.
He set up Caremark in 2005 and has seen the business go from strength to strength since. The franchise is now a full member of the British Franchise Association and has more than 100 franchisees spanning the country, although it’s always on the lookout for new individuals to join the family.
