Cafe2U has looked back at its experiences in 2020 to find the positives in a tricky year.
As the UK’s premier mobile coffee business, Cafe2U continued to work hard and provide a fantastic service - and delicious drinks and snacks - for its customers throughout 2020. But a year as difficult as the one we’ve just experienced did present certain challenges for many companies, and Cafe2U took the opportunity to adapt and improve its model.
In a marketing poster, the coffee van franchise raised the idea of a “20/20 Re-Vision” and revealed its “new normal”. Now, it’s looking for its next lot of investors to join the brand and help it increase its presence across the UK.
Cafe2U explained,
“It would be an understatement to suggest 2021 has started how any of us had planned. However, it has allowed our business to adapt and evolve to be stronger than ever. There’s never been a better time to become a Cafe2U Franchise Partner.”
The business, which prides itself on serving warm coffees and rejuvenating snacks at community events and “non-traditional” locations like office parks, introduced the three key changes it’s made for 2021.
The first new addition is an app, which features “cutting-edge technology built around a seamless customer and franchise partner experience”, and should help franchisees improve the efficiency of their services. The franchise has also unveiled a new brand design and website, in keeping with the growing mobile coffee sector - one of the fastest-developing areas in the food and drink industry.
Finally, Cafe2U has also pledged to put a greater focus on green technologies, monitoring the carbon footprint of its operations and considering further sustainability measures.
