Benjamin Stevens has been recognised in The Guild of Property Professionals Awards 2021.
The Guild is a UK-based network of high-quality independent estate agents which aims to improve the services offered by the sector to the public. Its annual award ceremony, which highlights the achievements of the best businesses in the industry, was held on Friday 19th February.
While the Guild normally organises a social gathering where people can meet in person, the event was converted into a virtual celebration this year.
The Guild’s CEO Iain McKenzie hosted the online ceremony, and introduced a number of informative presentations from industry experts. Mark Hunter - or ‘The Sales Hunter’, as he’s known - was the keynote speaker and discussed the challenges facing the property sector today.
Hundreds of property professionals from across the UK tuned in to take part in the virtual ceremony and congratulate the winners.
Estate agent and property franchise Benjamin Stevens walked home with not one, but two gold awards, for sales and lettings in the London region. In a LinkedIn post celebrating the win, the business wrote:
“Beyond excited to announce that we have won DOUBLE GOLD at the The Guild of Property Professionals Awards 2021!!”
Other awards celebrated agents operating in different regions of the UK. And there were also overall sales and lettings prizes, as well as accolades for more niche areas, such as best video content.
