Aspray has been awarded 5-Star Franchise Satisfaction Status by The Best Franchise Awards 2021.
Earlier this month, the management franchise revealed it won the award after WorkBuzz completed a 29-question franchisee survey on behalf of the British Franchise Association (BFA). The organisation asked Aspray’s franchise partners to anonymously rate their experience and provide an insight into life at the business.
Franchisees were happy to share their positive experiences, helping the business win the first 5-Star Franchise Satisfaction Status of 2021.

The survey explores five key areas of franchise businesses: training and support, the franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership and, of course, overall satisfaction. But, to achieve the 5-Star status, the brand must score above the industry average in all five areas.
The exciting accolade demonstrates Aspray’s commitment to franchisee support. The franchise team continually develops its training scheme and aims to adapt to meet the network’s current needs. It regularly assesses business partners’ expectations and monitors satisfaction rates to improve the franchisee experience.
Aspray’s alliance with the British Franchise Association also shows its dedication to delivering a high-quality franchise package. The management franchise has been a member of the BFA since 2014 and was an affiliate member for several years before that. So, franchisees understand they’re investing in an ethical and viable model.
