Agency Express has been one of the UK’s top three suppliers to estate agents for seven years running.
Agency Express is the largest provider of professional estate agency board services in the UK. The van-based franchise is delighted to announce that for the seventh year in a row, it has been recognised for its fantastic customer service by the largest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
The ESTAS Supplier of the Year Awards were announced by Phil Spencer on YouTube. Due to the COVID-19 crisis and imposed social distancing measures, these will be the first ever virtual awards for the property industry.
The ESTAS have been determining who the best suppliers are for 17 years now. They base this information on feedback from estate and letting agents; an incredible 45,000 customer reviews were recorded this year. It was also one of the most competitive to date, with a record number of suppliers entering the award for the chance to be recognised for their hard work.
Phil has been hosting the ESTAS every year from the get-go. He shared this message with viewers:
“There’s never been a more appropriate time to highlight the role suppliers play in the industry. The best suppliers are instrumental in helping agents provide excellent service, they are an extension of that experience so the service they deliver to agents is crucial, it’s therefore only right that the ESTAS puts the spotlight on their efforts.”
The founder of the ESTAS said:
“Just like the agents who use the ESTAS review platform, industry suppliers were rated by their customers. So, these awards are a real test of how well these firms service their clients. They should all be proud of their status as an ‘ESTAS Supplier of the Year’.”
