As of July 2021, the estate agency board services provider is delighted to announce that it has met all the standards to be certified as a carbon neutral business.
Agency Express, established in 1998, has been making changes recently to contribute towards the health and happiness of not just its customers, but the planet. The van-based franchise has been working with Carbon Neutral Britain, and as of July 2021, has met all the standards to be considered a carbon neutral business. Emissions generated by the business have been measured and calculated, and will now be offset via Carbon Neutral Britain’s Woodland Fund portfolio (a range of certified worldwide projects focused primarily on carbon reduction).
Regarding the exciting news, Agency Express PR & Marketing Manager Naomi Wood explained that, “We are conscious about our carbon footprint and becoming a carbon neutral business has been high on our list of priorities. Thanks to Carbon Neutral Britain we have now achieved that status and we are offsetting our emissions by investing in Reforestation, Deforestation Prevention and Woodland Management projects. This is a first but major step in our green journey, but we are proud to be on the right path.”
