Agency Express celebrates prestigious award nomination

Agency Express is excited to announce its position as a finalist in the BFA-HSBC British Franchise Awards.

The van-based franchise has been nominated for the Franchisor of the Year award 2020 – one of the biggest prizes of the franchise ceremony. It’ll be up against five other businesses when the BFA-HSBC British Franchise Awards come around again in November.

Ben Brookes, Managing Director at Agency Express, is delighted the business has been put forward for the prize:

Being nominated for the Franchisor award reflects Agency Express’s position as an ethical franchise that puts its franchisees and employees first.

The British Franchising Association’s CEO, Pip Wilkins, recognised the business’s achievements:

“The vision of the business to increase client growth by 20 percent, among other objectives, has seen the franchise flourish. Franchisee fleets have grown, and new client companies have grown by 23 percent in the past 12 months. Furthermore, a recent sole supplier agreement with a leading estate agent has generated an extra £750k for Agency Express franchisees.”

The thriving franchise has impressed the team behind the awards night with its use of new technologies, too. Andrew Brattesani, Head of Franchising at HSBC, said:

“As well as the numbers speaking for themselves, Agency Express has implemented numerous technological advancements to remain ahead, including the Agency Express app, route optimisation services and a direct system integration.”
