ActionCOACH’s UK performance director is demonstrating how flexible its new ‘Firm Builder’ opportunity is by operating his own exclusive territory.
James Vincent has been a member of ActionCOACH’s UK team since 2014, driving it forward as its UK performance director. However, when the business coaching franchise announced its brand-new Firm Builder franchise model late last year, the driven individual couldn’t resist taking on another challenge. So, he made the decision to invest in an exclusive Sheffield territory – without leaving his existing role!
Speaking about the decision, Vincent said:
