9Round is combatting the sector’s ‘February fall-off’ by providing nine of the most popular exercise trends in the world.
As many gymgoers struggle to stick to their new year’s resolutions, 9Round is encouraging its members to carry on visiting its studios into the future. The business has done its research and now offers nine of top 10 global fitness trends revealed by The American College of Sports Medicine’s (ACSM) annual survey.
Wearable tech tops the list, so all 9Round members can borrow heart-rate monitors to help them track their progress. High intensity interval training (HIIT) and group training came in second and third place respectively, both of which are included in 9Round’s full-body workouts.
The fitness franchise also capitalises on demand by offering free weights, body weight training, personal trainers and health and wellness coaching, which all made the ACSM’s league table.
9Round’s UK Franchise Sales Manager, Matt Fowler, hopes the business’ focus on key trends will help stem the ‘February fall-off’, when new gymgoers across the world begin to lose motivation:
“One of the main reasons that studio members lose interest is boredom, which is why 9Round issues new routines every single day. Keeping members motivated to reach their fitness goals also helps keep our franchisees on track to reach their business goals.
Kevin O'Hare, owner of 9Round’s Belfast studio said:
“9Round's new daily workout routines counter the boredom that can cause members to drop out, and, with no fixed class times, members are not deterred from attending by missing classes. On top of all the other practical help that 9Round franchisees get from franchise head office, this helps your business grow throughout the year.”
Make the most of consumer demand and open your own 9Round fitness studio today.
