Through our recruitment process, we rigorously seek the right individuals to partner with. You will demonstrate:

• Significant business experience, including the understanding of and execution a proven business plan;
• Time to commit to a full training programme, to allow you to develop and grow your business;
• Previous experience in multi departmental roles (as an example - good people skills with good number skills);
• Your interest in helping others make a difference to their lives (while making a difference to your own) and;
• Financially secure with finances liquid assets available to start the business.

We have to be honest here, most reading this won't make it. A lot enquiring, won't pass through our selection criteria. We have strong requirements and only 1%, typically open their business.
